Banned characters tend to be excluded from many of the extras CCP does for the playerbase, this isn't anything personal and fits in with what most would expect with regard to banned characters. Also...discussing banned characters, expecting a lock.

Their usual holes are EM / Therm, with the bulk of their tank being shield, Expl is generally the worse dmg type to use on them. A Taloes will be the usual best ship to use if it can be ganked solo. Otherwise you're really better off using 5-6 cat...
